Manager

What you will do

● Develop and maintain broad knowledge of a company’s business andtechnology requirements and needs.

● Develop and maintain system plans including operational requirements,budget requirements and schedules.

● Modify, develop, or create new models/systems for robust MIS reporting

● Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.

● Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all businessapplications.

● Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and costeffectiveness.

● Data Analysis, preparing the ad-hoc reports and submitting on time tothe Management and Operation Leadership stakeholders with respect toproductivity and for decision making.

● Data management and analysis of Productivity for Management decisions.

● Plan and manage software and hardware installations.

● Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS systems to improveoperational efficiency.

● Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and downtimes.

● Provide customer support for OS issues, network problems and softwareinstallations, etc.

● Conduct training on MIS activities to increase staff expertise.

● Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently.

● Coordinate with the MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure andoperational requirements are met.

● Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improveproductivity.

What you will need 

● 6 + years of total experience, with minimum of 4 years hands on experience inoperations in supervisory roles, with experience and exposure to reporting toleadership level audiences.

● MBA or equivalent from recognized institutes. Certifications or qualificationsrelated to operations are an added advantage

● Good understanding of MS office, strong analytical reasoning, datainterpretation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ownership anddrive to deliver the critical operational dashboards

● Knowledge of MS Office with intermediate to advanced skills in MSPowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word is a must

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, that reflect logical thinkingand consultative approach

● Understanding of operations in a professional services firm – reporting,operations, analysis and communications

● Excellent program management skills, adept in probing skills to understandbusiness needs and goals, challenges the status quo and providealternatives

● Ability to focus on the end goal and quickly adapt to changing businesspriorities

● A leader who thinks creatively and strategically, and is adept with dataanalytical and visual skills

● Requires leadership qualities to mentor junior members of the team.

● Willing to work from the office in Bellandur, Bangalore

● Comfortable with 6 Working Days
