JobDescription: Senior Manager-Sales - Tele Calling (Credit Card Sales)


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SM with a background in credit cardsales to join our growing team. As a Senior Manager-Sales, you will beresponsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving tele salesfor credit card products.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for creditcard products.
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance their selling skills andproduct knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyse team performance, providing constructive feedback andimplementing improvement strategies as needed to Managers.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, promotions, andperformance expectations to Managers and Update the teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales management to develop sales strategies and identifynew business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and guidelines duringcustomer interactions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any customer issues orconcerns promptly.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, team achievements, and areas forimprovement.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture to fosterproductivity and team engagement.

 Requirements:


  • Proven experience of 8+ years in credit card sales, including a track record ofsuccessfully leading a sales team and Managers.
  • Extensive knowledge of tele sales techniques and credit card sales processes.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire andmotivate team members.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused approach to sales and team management.
  • Ability to analyse data and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
