Overview of the function
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Analytics. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring effective talent acquisition, and leveraging analytics to drive data-driven HR decisions.
What you will do
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and provide strategic HR support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights and solutions related to employee engagement, performance management, Grievance Handling and organizational development.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Implement and optimize recruitment processes to attract top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize HR analytics tools to gather and analyze data on key HR metrics, providing insights into workforce trends, turnover, and performance.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions based on analytics findings.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an HRBP, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
