Responsibilities:
Customer Journey Analysis:
Analyze and optimize customer journey funnels across various touchpoints (acquisition, activation, retention, etc.).
Identify key drop-off points and bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track funnel performance and key metrics.
Data-Driven Insights:
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
Translate complex data into clear and concise insights for stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
Business Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives based on data insights.
Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Reporting and Monitoring:
Develop and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of reporting.
Identify and report on anomalies and potential issues.
Qualifications:
1.5 to 2 years of experience as an Analyst in a D2C/B2C company.
Prior experience in a fintech company is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of customer journey funnels and related metrics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Experience working directly within a business team, not solely within a central analytics department.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with financial metrics and KPIs.
