We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager – Sales with expertise in consultative sales to drive and manage strategic sales programs, optimize sales processes, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales program management, sales operations, or consultative sales, with strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage consultative sales techniques to support the sales team in identifying customer pain points and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to refine sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance sales strategies.
  • Optimize sales workflows by implementing automation and CRM enhancements.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives, including training and resource development for consultative selling approaches.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive sales growth.
  • Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking.
  • Handle ad hoc sales projects and process improvements as needed.

Key Requirements:
