Social Media Manager I

What you'll do:

  • End to end ownership of the Uni brand on social media channels (FB, IG, LinkedIn and Twitter) to drive brand presence and salience.

  • Develop and implement multi-channel social media strategy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of creatives, as well as across marketing, sales, and product development teams

  • Define KPIs against robust business and marketing objectives. Use relevant tools to measure success and pivot accordingly

  • Translate brand requirements into content strategy for different platforms. Plan and execute along with the internal creative team and/or creative agency.

  • Work with Brand, product and business teams to translate business requirements into social media objectives. 

  • Work closely with the product and marketing team to drive key launches on social media

  • Guide the customer care team to craft the responses to consumer queries keeping brand and business guidelines in view

 

What you'll need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field and 4-6 years of experience

  • Proven experience in managing brands and project management

  • Are committed to your own professional development and demonstrate a growth mindset

  • Time management and effective communication skills

  • Think holistically for the brand and come up with new ideas to further the brand’s positioning

  • Are up for new challenges- switch with ease between strategic work and the day-to-day
