About the Role: As a Product Marketing Manager at Uni, you will lead the strategic marketing effortsacross our Lending Business. This role involves full ownership of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy forall lending products and credit cards and optimising both top-of-funnel (TOFU) andbottom-of-funnel (BOFU) marketing initiatives. Your goal will be to drive business outcomes byeffectively integrating user feedback, leading creative campaigns, and leveraging data-driveninsights for continuous improvement.
What you'll do at Uni:
●Develop and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for new and existing lending products.
● Lead the creative direction and communication strategies for both GTM and Business AsUsual (BAU) campaigns.
● Optimise TOFU through cross-channel promotional and reactivation campaigns,performance creative strategy and more to maximise user acquisition.
● Enhance BOFU strategies through targeted communications aimed at reducing drop-offsand increasing conversions.
● Collaborate closely with the Product and Growth teams to align GTM and BAU growthinterventions with user research insights.
● Integrate user feedback into all communications and in-funnel experiences to enhancecustomer engagement.
