Overview of the function: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Senior Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive business improvement through effective training. This role will involve developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs designed to enhance the performance of our sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and techniques needed to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design and implement advanced sales training programs that align with the company's sales strategies and goals. Focus areas include sales pitch development, objection handling, closing techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Strategic Sales Coaching: Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to sales teams, helping them refine their sales techniques, improve performance, and meet or exceed targets.
  • Business Improvement: Leverage training to drive business improvements by identifying gaps in sales processes and implementing training solutions that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication Excellence: Deliver training sessions with clarity and impact, ensuring that complex concepts are easily understood and applied by the sales team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, feedback, and sales outcomes. Adjust training strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Sales Tools and Techniques: Introduce and train sales teams on the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in the industry, keeping them ahead of the curve in a competitive market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership and other departments to align training initiatives with overall business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on training outcomes of Floor & NH , areas for improvement, and the impact on sales performance.

Qualifications:

Graduate with Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales training.

Skills: 

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
  • Knowledge of current sales methodologies, tools, and trends.
  • Proficient in using training technologies and platforms.
