Overview:We are seeking an experienced ORM Lead to oversee our social media team and manage grievance escalations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their integrated systems, along with proven skills in online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a social media team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Grievance Handling: Oversee grievance escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining a positive brand image.
  •  Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's presence across various social media platforms.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor brand mentions and feedback across social channels, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Platform Familiarity: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and ORM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align ORM strategies with overall business objectives.

What we need?

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in team handling, preferably in a social media or ORM role.

    • ORM Skills: Strong understanding of ORM principles and practices.
    • Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their integrated systems.
    •  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage grievances efficiently.Preferred Qualifications:

 Requirement:

  • Any Graduate
  • Proficiency in English
  • Prior work experience with popular social media management tools (Sprinklr, TweetDeck, HootSuite, Sprout Social, etc.) 
  • Good command over English Language, ability to effectively communicate information in written format.
  • Working knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Google Play Store and Twitter
  • Active twitter handle with good following and some exposure in any platform of communication including media relations, internal communication, branding and social media is desirable
  • A problem- solving attitude
  • Willing to work 6 working days & Rotational week off.
