Seeking audit & CA (3-5 years experience) for IFC implementation, audits, and control testing. Big4 internship preferred. Strong communication and team management skills.
Key Deliverables:
* Reviewing RCM for all processes
* Conducting management testing for all controls based on control frequency
* Preparing IFC documents as needed
* Obtaining TOC audit from KPMG
* Coordinating with all internal departments for IFC implementation
* Driving ITGS control testing
Qualifications:
1. CA with 3-5 years of post qualification experience with internship experience in Big4.
2. Having worked in a startup would be a plus (not mandatory). Experience in setting up IFC controls and managing audit.
3. Hard working and detail oriented.
4. Ability to manage 1-2 people and strong communication skills
